Orders & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders are shipped via Canada Post. In stock and ready to ship items generally ship out within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Made to order and custom items require extra time as not all fabrics are stocked and will need to be ordered in. Those items will list the turnaround time. You will receive a shipping notification when your item has shipped. Shipping rates are calculated based on size/weight of the order. Please contact us if you need your item sooner, as some fabrics can be expedited for an additional cost.

ORDER PROCESSING/PRODUCTION TIME

  • ORDER PROCESSING: The time it takes for us to process, manufacture, design, package and ship your order. Please note: During high-volume periods (Christmas, Summer etc.) we may experience longer order processing times. If this applies to your order, you will be notified by email promptly. 
  • PREORDER/CUSTOM ITEMS: 10-15 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
  • SPECIAL REQUEST ITEMS: Please contact us for more information.
  • IN STOCK ITEMS: All in stock items leave our facility within 1-2 business days.

LOCAL PICK UP

  • Available for customers in Dryden, Ontario and Vermillion Bay, Ontario area. You will be notified by email when your order is ready and to make arrangements for pick up. Please use "Local pick up" option during checkout. 

CUSTOMS + DUTIES

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs, taxes or duty fees. Royal Minky Designs is not responsible for delays due to customs. Please inquire about shipping rates if you reside outside of Canada and the USA. We’d be happy to provide you with a quote!

RETURNS + REFUNDS

  • All custom orders/made to order items are a final sale. If there is an issue when you receive your order, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can work out a solution!

  • For all stock items, if you change your mind or are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and your request will be reviewed. Refunds will be given for the item price only; original shipping costs cannot be refunded. The item will need to be returned in original condition, unwashed and unused. Refunds will be issued once we have received the returned item. We reserve the right to not accept and ship back any items that appear to have been used.
