Teething Ring Care

Wood is a natural item and natural variations in the material can occur, wooden rings should be handled and cared for attentively to prevent damage. Always inspect your product upon receipt as well as each time you give it to the child. Children should always be supervised with wooden toys, even if they do not contain small parts.

You can treat the wood yourself with whichever type of oil you choose. A few examples are: avocado oil, coconut oil, olive oil, jojoba oil or beeswax. Treating wood rings with oil and beeswax will help preserve them longer, keeping them from splintering or becoming brittle.
